I am usually dying of hunger on days when I run really far or do a really hard speed workout and I'm thinking to myself "18 points, really?" and then eat waaaaay too much because I'm so hungry. Adding a few "extras" onto those days would really help not only with my hunger, but, also my mental state!<br /><br />So proud of you!<br /><br />PS.
