Biggest Loser Fridays

BL Fridays is back!

This week's verdict..

Down 1 lb! Pretty good considering I downed a piece of cheesecake and three candy bars when Lucy Lu was here. (When do you think I will have a week where I don't have to tell you I ate like crap?)

That brings my total weight loss to 5 lbs.

I'd like it to be a little higher but I'm fairly close to my goal for the month. Yes. I have monthly goals for myself through July when I will FINALLY be at my goal weight!! Eek. Hope I can stick it out that long :)

We don't have any plans this weekend and next week seems pretty clear schedule wise as well...so I am looking forward to a monster week on the scale in my near future.

Yay! Congrats. I was hesitant to bring you those choco bars because I did NOT want to get in trouble if your weigh in was not what you had hoped. But, you did it! Yipppeee.

losing weight sucks! I swear I'm in a rut, I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing. Makes it seem pointless to be avoiding my absolute favorite things! :( Congrats to you for continuing to move the scale!

Woo hoo for another pound down!! And it's the little treats here and there that keep you sane, otherwise you'd fall off tha wagon! As for my weight...we won't even go there. Haha. Happy Friday!

yay!! another pound is awesome. i can tell you that my weight LOSS is not going well, but my weight GAIN is going really well! :)

Since wedding diet in November I have lost about 11 pounds, I want another 5 -7 more.. so we will see!!! xxxoo

Weekends are sooo hard for weight loss - they are my downfall! Congrats on the continued weight loss!

I only weighed myself once this week on Monday and I was the same as i was last week. Which is a bummer considering I had hoped to be a few lbs lighter for my race tomorrow (actually weight more than I did in November! Gag!) but, whatever. I was sick last week and ate waaaay too much. Live and learn. I feel stronger though. I've been doing strenght training and I feel like I look better even if I'm actually heavier than in November. (boo)

And the bagel sandwich I just inhaled doesn't help matters (that's carb loading, right?)

That's great that you have biggest loser Friday! We are doing that at work and none of us are losing that much weight, but we do have stakes on it. I need to step it up a little...
