Morning friends!!
We got a wedding invitation in the mail last week from one of Matt's cousins. You know what that means??
Vacation!!
In June we'll be heading to Texas...my first trip to the Lonestar state! We'll be around the Dallas area...but plan on making our way to Houston and possibly the beach while we are there.
So my question for you dear readers. What's a girl to do in Texas? Where should we eat? Any can't miss attractions that we just have to see?? Besides The Shabby Princess, obviously, which will clearly be the highlight of my trip!
Matt's mama grew up in Texas so he's been there plenty of times and knows his way around. And he is incredibly stoked about Whataburger?? Who knows. But it better be good the way he's talking it up.

Have fun! I know how excited you are to go to Texas. Can you sneak me in your suitcase?
How exciting! I have never been so I'm no help but I can't wait to hear all about it!!
fun fun fun! I want to go to texas since some of my family lives there and I've NEVER been!!! have fun! :)
you'll have so much fun. i absolutely LOVE dallas - it's fabulous. make sure to hit up the west village area while you're there - super cute boutique shops & great restaurants. whataburger is also VERY VERY good. dallas also has great bbq food.
Whattttt isss that?!!? Yummmm!!! Sounds awesome! Ive never been to Texas..but hope you have a great time!!!:)
YAY!!! Cannot WAIT to see you! OK, Whataburger is AWESOME, but, I'm also going to have to force Jake's or Burger House on you while you're here. And let me just tell you that the beaches here are tricky because it's windy so you won't feel like you're getting burned, but, after exactly 45 minutes, you will have a second degree burn. Not that I know or anything.
And, NorthPark mall in Dallas is amazing; and The Grassy Knoll & 6th Floor Musuem, the state capitol building in Austin--ah! YAY! Can't wait to see you and at least show you around Big D.
So much fun!
Whataburger! yes! discovered that last summer :)
Rudy's Barbeque is amazing and you can buy their sauce! I came home with 3 bottles :D
