Anywho, the only shower I have pictures from for some reason is the shower my maid of honor, my sister Jessi, threw me. Let's be honest, it was the best one anyway.
I wore the pink and black attire seeing as they were my colors. Gosh...I wish I was that skinny now. Those were the days. Who am I kidding...I only looked like that for about a month! I need to get married again to motivate me!
Jill, my very best friend, made me my ribbon bouquet that I used (forgot to use until the end) at my rehearsal. So sweet!
My dad even sent a gift to the shower from my dog! I know. That's my dad. He wrote some note in there from her about how she was upset that she was the only female I knew who wasn't invited to the shower. Hilarious! But true.
And I got to see one of my super cute friends from Purdue, Amanda, who I never, ever see. It was truly a fantastic day.
And what is a shower without a cake?? This was before I starting doing cake decorating...so thanks to Sam's Club for hooking us up on this one :)
Secret: Sometimes I pronounce the initials like "germ." Matt and I are "germ." Lovely.
I am dying now to host a shower of my own seeing all of the ideas you girls have all the time for parties. Jill, get a move on! Marry that boy already so I can throw one!

haha! thats awesome- your dad sending you a shower present from the dog... isn't that the truth? i WISH i had been a blogger when I was planning MY wedding! There's so many things I would have done differently! I sort of wanted to get married all over again! :)
I know what you mean!!! I have so much fun setting up these showers for people! I have two coming up but I'm not the moh so I feel like I just fall into line and do what they suggest! lol
I'll be throwing a shower before long, I'll need all the ideas I can get!
I know what you mean about need wedding motivation! I was looking at a picture the other day and asked my hubs who that thin girl was...he just rolled his eyes!
